  1. Shall be 60% on road and 40% on footway/cycleway.

  2. Shall be around 28 to 30 klms.

  3. We shall have a coffee stop - Home Plate Kitchen - 6 Treeview Dr, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220

  4. It shall have a two inclines .. but within your capabilities.

  5. Noone shall be left behind;
