DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE THIS RIDE IS CHALLENGING WITH REGULAR ROLLING HILL
 S.\n\nExpect to be cycling at 20/25 kph - with very few 'rest' stops avail
 able.\n\nParticipants joining this ride do so in the knowledge that they a
 re solely responsible for their actions and safety and that the Group Orga
 nisers are not responsible or liable for any injury or loss you may incur.
 \n\nDistance: 46klm\n\nThe ride shall not proceed if rain is forecast.\n\n
 This shall be an out and back cycle ride on a road where traffic will be e
 ncountered and the width of the road shoulder is minimal.\n\nIn the intere
 sts of everyone's welfare all participants need to ride single file.\n\nRe
 peated sharp inclines (hills) will be encountered.\n\nOn the return ride w
 e shall stop for\ncoffee etc having covered approximately 23klm before con
 tinuing on to complete the ride.
