PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LONG RIDE MADE MORE CHALLENGING BY THE REGULAR ROLLING HILLS.

Expect to be cycling at 20/25 kph - with very few 'rest' stops available.

Participants joining this ride do so in the knowledge that they are solely responsible for their actions and safety and that the Group Organisers are not responsible or liable for any injury or loss you may incur.

Distance: 46klm

The ride shall not proceed if rain is forecast.

This shall be an out and back cycle ride on a road where traffic will be encountered and the width of the road shoulder is minimal.

In the interests of everyone's welfare all participants need to ride single file.

Repeated sharp inclines (hills) will be encountered.

On the return ride we shall stop for coffee etc having covered approximately 33klm before continuing on to complete the ride.
