PLEASE NOTE IN RECOGITION OF CURRENT FUEL SITUATION WE SHALL ENDEAVOUR TO LIMIT RIDES TO AROUND THE LOWER GOLD COAST AREA BEING MORE CENTRAL TO MOST MEMBERS.
THIS SUNDAY'S RIDE SHALL BE SPLIT WITH TWO DIFFERENT START LOCATIONS AND TIMES AS DETAILED BELOW .

1. A SHORT RIDE (27 klm) - 8.00am start from the Hideaway/Quirky Cafe (Hideaway Cafe, 362 Tallebudgera Creek Rd, Tallebudgera Valley). THis shall be a more relaxed and slower paced ride.

2. A LONG RIDE (47klm) - 7.30am start from Palm Beach Currumbin Sports Club. Those doing the LONG RIDE can expect to be cycling at 20/25 kph - with no planned stoppages until the turnaround point (24Klm).

Neither ride shall proceed if rain is forecast.

Both groups shal cycle to the end of Tallabudgerra Creek Road however the option is there to turn around at any time given this is an out and back cycle ride.

Note we shall be cycling on a road where traffic will be encountered and the width of the road shoulder is minimal.

In the interests of everyone's welfare all participants need to ride single file.

Repeated inclines will be encountered.

On the return ride (or at the end for Short Ride cyclists) we ALL shall stop for coffee at the Hideawy/Quirky Cafe.

Participants joining this ride do so in the knowledge that they are solely responsible for their actions and safety and that the Group Organisers are not responsible or liable for any injury or loss you may incur.
