 or 7:45am departure.\n\nThis shall be leisurely ride .. a few sections wil
 l get your heart rate up! \n\nWe will cycle on quiet roads on the outwards
  ride and on the cycleway between Reedy Creek and Palm Beach on the return
  route \n\nTotal distance is estimated to be roughly 32 kilometers .. most
 ly on bitumen or concrete.\n\nA new coffee destination being the Cafe on S
 outh Lake (Varsity Lakes) shall be visited .. I shall try and reserve an o
 utside table so we can freely share tales and "all the gossip" ... so hope
 fully the weather is good!
