DESCRIPTION:Meet at Palm Beach Currumbin Sports Club for 7:45am departure.
  \nThis shall be leisurely ride .. although I shall incorporate a few sect
 ions which will get your heart rate up! \n\nWe will cycle on quiet roads o
 n the outwards ride and on the cycleway between Reedy Creek and Palm Beach
  on the return route \nTotal distance is estimated to be roughly 32 kilome
 ters .. mostly on bitumen or concrete. \n\nA new coffee destination being 
 the Cafe on South Lake (Varsity Lakes) shall be visited .. \nI shall try a
 nd reserve an outside table so we can freely share tales and "all the goss
 ip" ... \nI shall also do my best to ensure the weather is good!
