Meet at Palm Beach Currumbin Sports Club for 7:45am departure. This shall be leisurely ride .. although I shall incorporate a few sections which will get your heart rate up!

We will cycle on quiet roads on the outwards ride and on the cycleway between Reedy Creek and Palm Beach on the return route Total distance is estimated to be roughly 32 kilometers .. mostly on bitumen or concrete.

A new coffee destination being the Cafe on South Lake (Varsity Lakes) shall be visited .. I shall try and reserve an outside table so we can freely share tales and "all the gossip" ... I shall also do my best to ensure the weather is good!
